Features:

• Added resource chart with tasks to see which resource will be working on which tasks
• Added command line flag -sub-projects to render charts for each imported sub project instead of main project file
• Added command line flag -show-group-resources to show resource utilisation on task groups on gantt charts and resource charts

Bug fixes:

• Under certain circumstances, resource utilisation bars were not aligned correctly with the grid on a week scale
• Tasks were hidden when no resource could be assigned. Now they will show as errors on the chart.
